life and work

Andreas Schulze studied fine arts from 1995 to 2002 at the University of Graphic and Book Art in Leipzig with Astrid Klein . In his work, Schulze deals with the main features of a media society that relies on an excess of information and an excess of images. The focus of the reflection is on the relationship between subjective narration and social connection. Schulze mainly works with complex photographic series that are presented as wall-filling panels or as space-consuming installations.
