Andrew Bernstein

Andrew Bernstein (born June 29, 1949 ) is an American objectivist philosopher .

Bernstein wrote secondary literature on Ayn Rand's Atlas Throws Off the World , The Eternal Well and The Hymn of Man . He is the author of the novel Heart of a Pagan , The Capitalist Manifesto, and various introductory books on Ayn Rand's philosophy of objectivism . He has taught at various US universities (including Pace University , Marymount College ) and currently at the State University of New York at Purchase and at Marist College . Associated with the Ayn Rand Institute , he is known for his public support for objectivism.
