Andrew Harper († 1790 in Liverpool ) was an English surgeon and medical scholar .

Harper worked in Liverpool around 1785.

Services

Erwin H. Ackerknecht considers Harpert to be a theoretician of the psychogenic causation of mental illness. Harper is seen as one of the main psychics advocates .
