Andrew Turnbull

Andrew Turnbull is a British economist , manager and university professor.

Life

Andrew Turnbull graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Economics in 1977 . He then held various positions in marketing and sales for various branded goods companies. Among other things, he was marketing director for a supermarket chain for nine years. In 1994 Turnbull took on a position in the Marketing and Business Strategy Division of Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen . Turnbull took on various management functions there. Among other things, he was Marketing Course Leader and MBA Program Director and Corporate Programs Director of the non-university education programs. Since October 2002 Turnbull Senior Lecturer in the area of trade marketing .

Andrew Turnbull is the initiator of the European university network COEUR (Competence in EuroPreneurship). The project aims to support the development of a European entrepreneurial culture by strengthening intercultural cooperation. Andrew Turnbull is a member of the Higher Education Academy, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Marketing Society, and is chairman of the Academy of Marketing in Scotland. For numerous companies such as British Airways, Imerys, the Abbey Bank, NATS, Shell and the like. a. he developed and carried out marketing trainings.
