Andrzej Ryszka

Andrzej Ryszka (born April 13, 1953 in Olkusz ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

Andrzej Ryszka graduated from the College of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow ( Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica w Krakowie ) as an engineer. After graduating, he worked for an enamel tableware company and then for a housing association. In 1990 he became mayor of Olkusz and stayed that way until 2002. In 2006, Ryszka was elected to the Olkuski District Council. In the early parliamentary elections in 2007 Andrzej Ryszka joined constituency 13 Kraków and won a seat for the Sejm with 7,292 . There he works in the Committee on State Property ( Komisja Skarbu Państwa ).

Andrzej Ryszka is married.
