Angelina Ballerina (alternative title: Angelina Ballerina - A Mouse Beats Capers ) is a British animated series that was produced between 2001 and 2003 . The story is based on the book by Katharine Holabird . The series was launched in 2009 as a 3D animation series with the title Angelina Ballerina - Little Mouse Bigger! continued.

The little mouse girl Angelina is fascinated by ballet and has the dream of later becoming a famous ballet dancer. In the children's ballet, which is directed by Miss Lilly, she is the best and Lilly is planning an execution of the play "Rose Princess", in which Angelina is to play the leading role.
