Angelo Antonucci

Angelo Antonucci (* 1970 in Casagiove , Province of Caserta ) is an Italian film director .

Life

Antonucci completed his studies in philosophy at the University of Naples with a thesis on cinematic and television communication and volunteered on various projects. He directed his first own film as early as 1994, but it hardly received any distribution. After a second work, which was positively received by the television audience, he achieved critical success at festivals with Sotto il cielo ; However, this film did not find a distribution either. In 2006 he won the Salerno International Film Festival with Amore e libertà . His last film so far deals with the subject of bulimia .

Antonucci also worked for the theater.
