Employees Switzerland ( Association of Swiss Employees' Associations ) is an employee association. It is the strongest employee organization in the machine, electrical and metal industry (MEM) as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The employee association, which is organized in the legal form of an association , has 15,422 members (2018) and is based in Olten . The association represents the interests of the members and offers them services.

The association is criticized by the largest Swiss trade union, Unia , v. a. regarding the position on working hours.
