Anisa Rola (born May 24, 1994 in Maribor ) is a Slovenian soccer player.

Career

society

Rola started her career at NK Železničar Maribor before going into the C-youth of city rivals ŽNK Maribor in 2008 . There she started her senior career in 2009 in the highest Slovenian women's division, the 1st Slovensko Ženska nogometna League (1st SZNL). She played 13 games in her first senior season at the age of 15, scoring one goal for Maribor. In the summer of 2013, as in 2012, she moved from ŽNK Maribor to champions ŽNK Pomurje on loan with a special arrangement for matches in the UEFA Women's Champions League . The loan deal only included games from Rola for the Champions League and no league games from the SZNL. After the elimination of her team Pomurje, she returned to Maribor and played the league season with the team to the end. Rola played a total of three Champions League games for Pomurje, but was eliminated in the preliminary round. Whereupon Rola returned to Maribor at the end of September 2012 and 2013. On July 11th, 2014 she signed with the SPG LUV Graz / DFC Leoben .

National team

In October 2011 she was appointed to the Slovenian senior national team for the first time . She made her international debut on October 22nd of the same year against Serbia . Rola also appeared in 22 games for the Slovenian U-17 national team and in nine U-19 games.
