Anke Fuchs-Dreisbach (born April 13, 1977 in Bad Berleburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life

Anke Fuchs-Dreisbach was born on April 13, 1977 in Bad Berleburg. She grew up with four siblings on a farm in the Bad Berleburg district of Sassenhausen . She trained as a chimney sweep . She later learned the profession of physiotherapist .

politics

She has been the mayor of Sassenhausen since 2009. She has been a council member and second deputy mayor of Bad Berleburg since 2014. In 2017 she became deputy chairwoman of the CDU district association Siegen-Wittgenstein.

In the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2017 , she ran as a direct candidate for the Siegen-Wittgenstein II constituency . She also had 43% on the CDU state list. She was elected as a direct candidate in the state parliament with 43%.

Political positions

On the occasion of a local event for her candidacy for the state parliament, Fuchs-Dreisbach presented her “7-point core program”. It calls for better transport connections to the Siegen-Wittgenstein district with Route 57 , better medical care in the countryside, faster internet connections, a "business start-up climate" under the keyword "Valley 57", the introduction of the veil search into the police law of North Rhine-Westphalia, a more consistent deportation of rejected asylum seekers - above all from the Maghreb states - as well as an expansion stop for further wind turbines in the region.
