Anmitsu
Anmitsu ( Japanese あ ん み つ or 餡 蜜 , " bean puree honey") is a Japanese dessert .
It contains red beans, agar agar , adzuki bean paste and fruits such as orange , pineapple , banana or cherry . Ice cream is served with black “honey” ( Kuromitsu , 黒 蜜 ). The main distribution area of this food are Kyōto , Asakusa , Ueno and Kamakura .
