Anneliese Neef

Anneliese Neef (born April 16, 1943 in Berlin ), b. Brinckmann , is a German cultural scientist and politician ( SPD ).

life and work

Anneliese Neef studied cultural studies at Berlin's Humboldt University and received her doctorate there in 1978. She was particularly concerned with the social role of women.

politics

She joined the SPD after the fall of the Berlin Wall and belonged to the Berlin House of Representatives for her party from 1995 to 2001 . When the governing mayor, Eberhard Diepgen , was voted out of office in 2001, Neef abstained and justified this by not wanting to vote together with the PDS .
