Anne Altar

A Annenaltar is an altar , on which the St. Anna , the suspected mother of Mary represented and is revered. Examples of anne altars are the Anne altar by the Master of Frankfurt or the Anne altar in St. Michael in Schwäbisch Hall , both of which were made in the early 16th century.
