Anselmo Giabbani

Anselmo Giabbani OSBCam (born July 27, 1908 in Stia , † August 18, 2004 in Camaldoli ) was Prior General of the Camaldolese .

Life

Anselmo Giabbani joined the Camaldolese order , made profession on May 31, 1925 and was ordained a priest on June 29, 1932 . He was elected Prior General of the Camaldolese on 1951.

He attended the first session of the Second Vatican Council . He resigned from his office in 1963.
