Antena 1 (Portugal)

Antena 1 is the main broadcaster of the Portuguese broadcaster Rádio e Televisão de Portugal . The program consists mainly of general content such as news, interviews, reports and discussions. The music program is based on Portuguese classics.

The station first went on air on August 4, 1935, at that time still under the name Emissora Nacional , in German "Nationalsender". Today Antena 1 broadcasts on both VHF and medium wave.
