Antext picture

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In television news, the antext picture is a scene in which an interviewed person is shown doing a neutral act outside the interview situation . This can be the case with politicians. B. walking along a sidewalk or corridor or - mostly with scientists - leafing through a book. It is important that the person is no longer visible in the last shot of the next picture. This is then referred to as a "neutral image".

The aim of the importer is to prevent the person from "jumping into" the picture, which is sometimes unpleasant.
