Anton Burger (economist)

Anton Burger (* 1962 in Lower Austria ) is an Austrian economist.

Life

He studied business administration, law and Catholic theology. As holder of the chair for general business administration and corporate accounting, he teaches at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt .

His research areas include external accounting, especially international accounting, internal accounting and controlling (including risk controlling, investment controlling, valuations), finance and insolvency, and economic and corporate ethics.

He is a member of the St. Pölten Jakob Prandtauer Lions Club.
