Anton Volodymyrowytsch Schechowzow ( Ukrainian Антон Володимирович Шеховцов ; * 1978 in Sevastopol , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian author, scientist and political activist. He is best known for his publications on the European right-wing extremists and their connections to Russia . Schechowzow worked for the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation; he supports the European Union , NATO and liberal democracy . Shekhovtsov criticizes Vladimir Putin and Alexander Dugin and the ideology of neo-Eurasianism . Schechowzow is editor of the book series Explorations of the Far Right at ibidem-Verlag and sits on the advisory board of Fascism: Journal of Comparative Fascist Studies.
