Antonio Filippini (born March 7, 1973 in Brescia ) is a former Italian football player and current coach .

Career

Filippini's football career began at Brescia Calcio , where he played for many years until he moved to US Palermo in 2004 . In 2005 the midfielder moved to Lazio Rome on loan , where he played for one season before moving to FBC Treviso in 2005 . In 2006 Filippini went to AS Livorno on a free transfer , which he left in 2010 after his second relegation to Serie B with this club. Filippini then returned to Brescia Calcio, where he ended his career in 2011. In his career he often played on a team with his twin brother Emanuele .

After the end of his career, Filippini was active as a coach at various clubs.
