Apple horseradish
Apple horseradish or apple horseradish is a mixture of grated horseradish ( Upper German horseradish), grated, sour apples and cream that is particularly widespread in Austrian and southern German cuisine . It is seasoned with lemon juice , salt and a little sugar .
Apple horseradish is served primarily to warm or cold boiled beef , especially to boiled beef or smoked fish .
