Aphanitic

Aphanitic ( Greek ἀ-, ἀν a-, an- = un-, not- and φανερός phanerós = visible, obvious) is the name given to the structure of a rock whose individual components are so fine-grained that they cannot be distinguished from one another with the naked eye are.
