The Arısama Dağı is a mountain and an antique settlement site in the north of the district Emirgazi the province of Konya . The Arısama Dağı is 2 km northeast of the county seat and is 1446 or 1425 m high. Popularly the mountain is also called Kel Dağ (bald mountain), Kötü Dağ (bad mountain), Boz Dağ (gray mountain) or simply Emirgazi Dağı, ie Emirgazi mountain. On its western flank there are the remains of an old barracks and in the northeastern section there are ruins of cisterns . On the Arısama, more precisely on the Kale Tepesi, there are the remains of an old fortress, which was called Keçi Kalesi (goat castle) at the beginning of the 20th century. This castle was part of a chain of forts that had line of sight and were used for the transmission of messages. Five round altars from the time of the Hittite Empire in the 2nd millennium BC were erected in the vicinity . Found. They carried identical text referring to a holy mountain called Sarpa. The Hittite scientist John David Hawkins identifies this mountain with the Arısama Dağı. The current name of the mountain is said to be derived from a Hittite settlement Ardistama. The earliest written mention of this name came from Ptolemy. The village of Belkaya, about three kilometers to the east, at the foot of the elevation, bore this name until the Republic of Turkey.

On an official map from 1957, the Arısama Dağı was recorded as Karacadağ.
