Workers memorial
A workers' memorial represents a person who is identified as a worker with a tool or other work device.
Mostly archaic forms of craft such as blacksmith or farmer are represented due to the recognizability . During National Socialism and Communism , the worker was often depicted monumentally .
Workers' memorials are located in, among other places

- the iron foundry fountain in Dortmund 1906/1990
- the Haarmannsbrunnen in Osnabrück 1909
- the construction workers monument (Wiesbaden) 1924
- China:
Colloquially, the z. B. on a Schippenstiel leaning pausing workers referred to as a workers memorial.
