Working group for labor law in the German Lawyers' Association

The Labor Law Working Group in the German Lawyers 'Association is a specialist sub-organization of the German Lawyers' Association (DAV). It was founded in 1981. As of January 2013, there are around 3,600 lawyers. It is one of the larger working groups in the DAV and of lawyers who specialize in labor law. Its organs are, like the other working groups in the DAV, the general assembly and the executive board. The work within the working group is voluntary.

tasks

The Working Group on Labor Law in the DAV promotes further training for its members through specialist events and courses. It also stands up for the professional and economic interests of its members and takes a position on current labor law issues.

publication

The Labor Law Working Group in the DAV publishes quarterly labor law decisions with articles and current case law (around 600 decisions a year).
