Modern kitchen working group
The working group Die Moderne Küche e. V. (AMK) is a trade association and lobby group for the kitchen industry based in Mannheim .
AMK has represented the interests of its member companies for over 50 years through a comprehensive program of measures and target group-oriented services. Walter Ludewig , for example, was involved in the AMK in his role as head of the furniture company Poggenpohl . Today the AMK has around 150 members - entrepreneurs from the kitchen furniture industry, device and accessory manufacturers, service providers and trade cooperations.
It is primarily devoted to promoting the demand for fitted kitchens, cross-sector, manufacturer-neutral support and promotion of the member companies active in the kitchen sector.
In Switzerland there is a partner organization - the KVS (kitchens Association Switzerland).
