Labor market advice according to the third book of the social code

Labor market advice is a service provided by the employment agency .

The aim is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular with regard to the world of work 4.0 in filling apprenticeships and jobs. According to Section 34 (3) SGB ​​III , counseling covers the following topics:

  • Situation and development of the labor market and occupations
  • Filling of training and employment positions
  • Opportunities for the design of workplaces, working conditions and working hours of trainees and employees
  • Opportunities for in-company training and further education
  • Integration of trainees in need of support and of employees in need of support
  • Employment promotion benefits

According to Section 2, Paragraph 1, No. 1 of Book III of the Social Code, the Employment Agency has the task of finding training and employment positions for the placement. To this end, she should also contact the employers on her own initiative and maintain them.
