Work system planning

Under work system design means the design of work systems . The system elements act in work systems

each other to complete a work item. The work system planning should coordinate the system elements so that an optimum is achieved according to the economic principle . This is achieved by influencing the system elements, for example by planning the production equipment, warehouse and transport planning, personnel planning (selection and training ), area and building planning right through to investment calculation.
