The Arden University is a British private university awards the state-recognized degrees. The university's headquarters are in Coventry . The university also has other locations in London , Manchester and Birmingham . The university specializes in distance learning, but also offers face-to-face courses, and the university offers a variety of different Bachelor and Master degrees.
history
The college was founded in 1990 by John Holden under the name Resource Development International (RDI). RDI specialized in distance learning and opened several offices in the US, Europe and Africa. In 2010, most of the locations abroad were closed and distance learning was expanded. In 2011 Holden sold the university to the US company Capella Education. In 2015 the college received state recognition as a university and was renamed Arden University. In 2016 the university was taken over by Global University Systems (GUS). a. include other universities such as the University of Law, St Patrick's College, and Toronto School of Management.
Accreditation
The university is regularly audited by independent experts. The state-independent agency is the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA). In addition, the quality of the courses is checked by the independent state authority Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).
