Ariel "Arik" Zeevi (born January 16, 1977 in Bnei Brak ) is a former Israeli judoka .

The 1.86 m tall Ariel Zeevi won five Israeli national championship titles in the weight class up to 95 kg by 1997. From 1998 he almost exclusively competed in the light heavyweight division up to 100 kg, in which he won seven other national championship titles.

With a bronze medal at the European Judo Championships in 1999, Zeevi also made an international breakthrough. At the Judo World Championships in 1999 and the Olympic Games in 2000 , he reached fifth place. In 2001 Zeevi won his first European title. At the Judo World Championships in 2001 Zeevi won a silver medal in the open class. In 2003 and 2004 Zeevi won again at the European Championships. At the 2004 Olympic Games, Zeevi was defeated in the fight for the finals against the South Korean Jang Sung-ho and ultimately received a bronze medal.

Zeevi won the silver medal at the European Championships in 2005, followed by bronze medals in 2007, 2008 and 2010. Zeevi won his last title at the European Championships in 2012. As in 2008 , he retired early at the 2012 Olympic Games .
