Arijandas Šliupas
Arijandas Šliupas (born August 18, 1973 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian manager and politician .
Life
After graduating from high school, Šliupas completed a master’s degree in international transportation and logistics at Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitetas from 1991 to 1997 and an MBA from ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitetas from 2005 to 2007 . From 1995 to 2003 he worked at UAB "DSV" (UAB " DFDS Transport"), from 2007 to 2012 he was General Director of VĮ "Kauno aerouostas" ( Kaunas Airport ). From 2004 to 2005 he was director of UAB “N quantities” (UAB “Paskirstymo sistemų valdymas”) and from 2005 to 2007 he was general director of UAB “Balti logistika”. In 2012 he was commercial director at UAB "Litcargus". Since December 2012 he has been the Deputy Minister of Transport of Lithuania .
Šliupas is married. He and his wife have a son, Jonas.
