Aristarete
Aristarete , was an ancient Greek painter, probably in the 4th or 3rd century BC. Active. She was the daughter and student of the painter Nearchus and is used by Pliny the Elder. Ä. , Naturalis historia 35, 147 mentioned. She is said to have painted a portrait of Asclepius .
