If you place two fingers of the same hand on top of each other and a small object is placed between them, you have the feeling that they are two objects - if you don't look at the fingers. This perception illusion of the sense of touch can be determined very well with the crossed middle and ring fingers when touching the bridge of the nose. If you drive it up to the tip of your nose, you can feel two points.
