The army sheet was an Austrian weekly newspaper that first appeared in Vienna in 1882 and the last time in 1919 . Until 1892 it bore the sub-title Officielles Organ des Comités for the erection of a Radetzky monument in Vienna , after which the title was supplemented by a military-scientific weekly for the interests of our land and sea power .
