Cheers

Jubelklänge ( Op. 70; sometimes also Jubelklänge March ) is a German military march composed by Ernst Uebel in 1926 . Because of its “beautiful melodies in main and secondary voices” and because of “its sweeping swing”, it is still part of the program of upscale marching literature and is played by numerous bands.

It was performed in 1953 at the coronation celebrations of Elizabeth II in London and the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo .

It should not be confused with the lesser-known waltz Österreichische Jubelklänge (Op. 179) by Johann Strauss (father) .
