The building Arnoldusstraße 17 is located in Düren district Arnoldsweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in the first half of the 19th century.

The two-story, eaves-standing house was built from bricks with a high base and a gable roof . It has eight axes , sills, and bluestone fishing stones . There is an arched gate entrance on each side of the street front.

The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 13/012.
