Artur-Axel Wandtke

Artur-Axel Wandtke (born March 26, 1943 in Lauenburg in Pomerania ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

From 1967 to 1971 he studied at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin . After receiving his doctorate in 1974 as Dr. jur. : "Labor law disputes and conclusions for companies" he became legal advisor at the Komische Oper Berlin in 1978 . After his habilitation in 1980 as a Dr. sc. "For the standardization of the ILO" he became a lecturer in 1986 at the Institute for Cultural Research in Berlin. In 1988 he became a full professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

From 1990 to 1992 he was vice dean and chairman of the training committee. Since 1993 he has been a full professor of civil law and copyright law at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin . He has been on the board of VG Wort since 2010 .
