Arun Malhotra

Arun Malhotra (born January 26, 1983 in Jammu ) is a former Indian soccer player . The defender was an Indian international .

He was with Jammu & Kashmir Bank in 1999/2000. The next year he moved to Air India Mumbai in the National Football League and in 2001 to Bhratri Sangha Kolkata. From 2002 he played at the East Bengal Club , which became Indian champions in 2003 . From 2003 to 2005 he was under contract with Mahindra United and won the Indian Cup with the club . Then he went back to the East Bengal Club and finally to ONGC Mumbai.

Malhotra made two international appearances in 2002/03 and was part of the squad for the 2002 Asian Games . After a positive doping test , it was canceled at short notice and banned for 60 days.
