Asian Games 1962 / Badminton (men's team)

Following the results of the competition of the men's teams at the Asian Games in 1962 in badminton . In addition to the teams listed below, Sarawak (against Singapore) and South Korea (against Malaya) were registered for the preliminary round, but both teams did not start. In the final of the hosts from Indonesia against Thailand, Thailand broke off the game in the first game, because the Indonesian (!) Referees gave the home team an advantage. Thailand also withdrew its athletes from all subsequent badminton competitions in the Games. The competition took place from August 24th to August 27th, 1962.
