The monolith of Askje Hedlehaug stands at Askjevejen on the southern peninsula of Mosterøy or Mosterøya, southwest of Vikevåg north of Stavanger in Fylke Rogaland in Norway .

The approximately 4.0 m high stone is located on a rocky hill with larger rocks nearby. It stands straight and is visible from a great distance.

The menhir has an almost rectangular cross-section with a straight cut tip. It is about 75 cm wide at the base and is a little narrower at the top and is about 25 cm thick.

About 1.5 km to the north is the approximately 5.0 m high building stone of Hedlehaugen .
