Atheist center
The Atheist Center (Engl. Atheist Center ) is an institution in India that of Goparaju Ramachandra Rao and Saraswathi Gora to social changes in rural was founded (1912-2006) Andhra Pradesh initiate, and is based on the beliefs Gandhism and atheism . It was founded in 1940 in the village of Mudnur in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. In 1947 the center moved to Vijayawada .
The center is a member of the Federation of Indian Rationalist Associations and therefore supports the Amsterdam Declaration of 2002.
The institution received the International Humanist Award from the International Humanist and Ethical Union in 1986 .
