Atilio Ramírez Fernández (* 1953 ) is a former Uruguayan football player in the position of a striker .
Life
Ramírez began his career in the youth division of Huracán Buceo and later moved to Liverpool Montevideo .
In 1977 he left his home country and moved to Mexico , where he was initially under contract with Unión de Curtidores for two years . In 1979 he moved to the capital club Atlético Español, which in 1982 returned to its original name Club Necaxa . In 1983 Ramírez moved to city rivals CD Cruz Azul , before joining CD Irapuato in 1986 , in whose ranks he ended his active career in 1988.
