Atomredmetzoloto (known as ARMZ Uran Holding ) is a Russian uranium mining company owned by the Russian state and one of the largest uranium miners in the world. Only 1.1% of the company is owned directly by the Rosatom , 84.5% of the shares belong to Atomenergoprom , an additional 14.3% are owned by TVEL . Atomenergoprom and TWEL are in turn subsidiaries of Rosatom. Atomredmetzoloto is a member of the World Nuclear Association .

As the mining division of Rosatom, Atomredmetzoloto operates several uranium mines in Russia and produced over 2900 tons of uranium in 2018. In addition to uranium, the company also mines coal, among other things. In 2018, 3.03 million tons of coal were mined.
