Atraḫasis

Atraḫasis (also Atrachasis, Atrahasis, Atramchasis, Atramhasis ; the extremely wise ) is the name of the hero in the epic Atraḫasis epic of the same name . The Sumerian King List lists Atraḫasis in a version called Ziusudra as a historical figure. He is referred to as the son of Ubar-Tutu , the king of Šuruppak .
