The non-dispute law is the Austrian law that contains the special provisions for non-dispute proceedings (proceedings other than disputes). In addition to the code of civil procedure and the jurisdiction norm, it is the most important source of law in the cognitive procedure of civil procedural law . It roughly corresponds to the German law on the procedure in family matters and in matters of voluntary jurisdiction (FamFG), which replaced the law on matters of voluntary jurisdiction (FGG) on September 1, 2009 .

On January 1, 2011, a modified version of the Austrian Non-Disputes Act came into force in the Principality of Liechtenstein ( law of November 25, 2010 on judicial proceedings in legal matters other than disputes . Short title: Ausserstreitgesetz; abbreviation: AussStrG. Published in LGBl 454/2010).
