Civil procedural law

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The law of civil procedure or civil procedure law describes as a legal area all legal provisions that regulate the formal course of civil proceedings (civil proceedings), i.e. court proceedings in the area of civil law - in contrast to criminal proceedings and proceedings in other areas of law. This separation exists in most modern states.
