Audix is an American manufacturer of microphones and microphone accessories founded in 1984 by Cliff Castle and Fred Bigeh . Audix also builds active and passive loudspeaker boxes .

Vocal microphones

The most famous models are the dynamic vocal microphones of the OM series. The following types belong to it:

  • OM-2 (also with switch as OM-2s)
  • OM-3 (also with switch as OM-3s)
  • OM-3xb
  • OM-5
  • OM-6
  • OM-7

The OM series is produced in the USA. In addition, Audix offers the dynamic microphones F50 and CD11 produced in Asia.

In addition, the product range has been expanded to include the VX5 and VX10 condenser vocal microphones.

Drum microphones

The classic drum microphones from the manufacturer Audix have the type designations D1 - D6. There are also various special microphones for percussion instruments .

Others
