Audulf (Friesland)

Audulf is the oldest proven prince in Friesland .

The only evidence of Audulf is a coin from the sixth century. On the front it shows a man's head adorned with a diadem in profile and the inscription "AVDVLFVS FRISIA", on the back a Latin cross and the inscription: "VICTVRIA AVDVLFO".
