Unlocking technique

Unlocking technology refers to the process of manipulating locks in such a way that they can be opened without the associated key. There are destructive and non-destructive methods :

  • Destructive processes for locking cylinders : breaking off , core pulling (see Ziehfix ) and drilling out
  • non-destructive processes:
    • Lockpicking with their techniques: setting, raking, raking.
    • Impression technique (step-by-step reproduction of a key based on the lock)
    • Sometimes it is also possible to bypass the actual lock ( bypass ).
