Corneal bank
A corneal bank is an institution that collects human corneas of the eye or scleral material as well as sometimes other tissue of the eye (eye bank), usually preserved through organ culture, carries out quality assurance, and primarily provides a keratoplasty . Other areas of responsibility are the management of a waiting list and the provision of amniotic transplants .
