Run-out curve

The discharge curve in describing automotive industry in outlet management , the plan curve over time and production volume.

The aim is to achieve the steepest possible outlet curve in order to quickly free up capacity for new products .

The point at which production is stopped is called EOP (End Of Production). The run-out curve ends with the production quantity zero .

The opposite of the run-out curve is the run-up curve in run- up management .
